Group and Outline
Apply Group and Outline
Use View -> Split Outline (group) data in a worksheet Show All
This option has [-] and [+] options
[-] To hide the data and show only the required Row / Column
[-] To expand the data and show all the records in Row / Column
The Group and Outline Summary can be done for upto Eight levels We have 1 2 3 options Data -> Group -> Group Select the Automatic styles check box. Click Apply Styles. Note You can also use Auto formats to format outlined data. Click on the [–] button to minimize a group of data.
[Ctrl] + 8 - Toggle between Display and Hiding and Displaying Outline.
We can also quickly apply Custom Views to Outlines
